If your listing is coming up to expiry, a member of our team will contact you to make sure you wish to continue being listed on our site.
Alternatively, we can also set up a direct debit if you wish. In doing so, you can rest assured that you will always be there when your potential customers come looking. It takes away the need to contact us and gives you more time to concentrate on your own business.

If there are any issues on your service listing, you can Contact Us and let us know. When contacting us, please ensure the contact details you give correspond with our contact details on file; as this is part of our Client Verification process.
If you no longer have access to the contact mediums we have registered for you, please state this when contacting us.
Where possible, to ensure as speedy a process as possible, please include your Service ID when contacting us. Your service ID can be found by going onto your service page and looking in the address bar of your browser. The number that follows the "sid=" is your service ID.
