All of the data contained on service listings are provided to us by the respective listed companies and are relayed on our website "as is".

Some services on our website are provided by 3rd parties. As such, a certain amount of information is visible to these 3rd parties. AddThis.com provide us with social media capabilities ("Like", "Follow" and "Share" buttons on our website and tracking counters) and Google.com provide us with analytics tools. As their terms and conditions are subject to change, please consult each corresponding website to get the most up-to-date version. We reserve the right to add / remove 3rd party services such as these at our discretion without prior notice.

In the event of any breach of law or breach of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to use our own discretion to blacklist the IP address of the offender. In the event of any illegal activity, IP addresses and details will be forwarded onto relevant authorities along with any information we deem relevant.

In the event of a change in ownership of our website, corporate merging, or any other partnership agreement of any kind; we reserve the right to pass on all databases and all information to the new owners / partners.
